      Batch Printing BEOs in Planning Pod

      Banquet Event Orders can be downloaded for multiple upcoming events at the same time using system reporting.

       

      To Batch-Download BEOs for Multiple Events:

      1. Click on "Reports" from the main navigation menu
      2. Click on Batch Reporting from the BEO Reports area
      3. Select the upcoming BEOs you would like to download
        1. PRO TIP: If you type the date into the BEO selection field it will bring up all BEOs for that date for easy selection!
      4. Click to produce file DO NOT navigate away from this window until the download is complete
      5. Click download to download the zip file of the BEO files
