Food & Beverage Characteristics are details by which you will be able to sort and filter your Food & Beverage items in both your packages and package templates. Characteristics indicate things such as:
- Contains nuts
- Food Allergies
- Gluten-Free
- Kosher
- Low Sodium
- Vegan
We have already created the above characteristics in your settings, but you can edit/remove any existing characteristics that do not apply to your business as well as add any customized characteristics that you require.
To Create and Manage Food & Beverage Characteristics (in Settings):
- Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
- Under the "Application Setup" heading, click on the "Food & Beverage Setup" link.
- Click the plus sign to the right of "Characteristics" to add a new characteristic.
- Click the drop down arrow to the right of any existing characteristics to edit/delete.
When creating your Food & Beverage items, you can add multiple characteristics by which you can sort and filter.
