Managing Food & Beverage Display Settings

Your Food & Beverage display settings allow you to set the default view of the following details in PDFs, emails, and the Client Portal:

  • Package pricing, markups/discounts, and tax
  • Package meal type and order type
  • Package serving, delivery, and pickup information
  • Package item photos
  • Package item quantities

Additionally, you can manage the following details in Proposals and Invoices:

  • Package item photos
  • Package item quantities

You can get to your Food & Beverage Display settings in 2 different ways:

  • From your main Settings page in your account.
  • While managing your Food & Beverage items through your account settings using the "Display" button at the top of the screen. NOTE: For more about managing Food & Beverage Items, see Adding/Managing Food & Beverage Items. 

To Manage Food & Beverage Display in Your Account (in Settings)

  1. Click on your name in the top left corner and select the "Settings" option.
  2. Under the "Application Setup" heading, click on the "Food & Beverage Display" link.
  3. Use the toggles underneath the "Client Portal", "PDFs & Emails" and "Proposals/Invoices" headings to enable/disable individual details for display.
