      Overview - How Do Food-&-Beverage Packages Work

      The Food-&-Beverage tool allows users to build food package and beverage package templates, quickly create/add these packages in Proposals, Invoices, Events and BEOs, and download event menu PDFs to share with clients or staff. 

      These packages are built from Food-&-Beverage items that can be added on-the-fly inside events or in the Settings / Food-&-Beverage Items setup area. 

       

      Here's how it works:

      First, set up your Food & Beverage Items

      In the account settings begin by Managing Food & Beverage Settings in Your Account

       

      Next, you can begin building Food & Beverage Packages 

       

      Finally, use the reporting tools to track important business metrics.
